If you are not 100% satisfied for any reason, we'll refund the full merchandise cost within 7 days from the delivery date. Simply send your request to sales@sequelseven.net for your return authorization number and return instructions prior to returning. All returns must be sent in new and unused condition and in their original packaging with your RMA# to our Katy, Tx. address. Actual shipping charges are non-refundable.
